JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main responsibilities:

  • The role will contribute to the area providing support in the processes and tools improvement and in order to prevent the contract errors and the losses for the company

  • Data analysis of the contract errors and the company losses

  • To prevent losses for the company by reducing errors: Daily booking analysis of all destinations to detect “unnormal” behavior caused by possible errors. Improvements within contract loading to reduce human error possibilities. Error detection based on the ATLAS data analysis.

  • Maintain collaborative communication with the rest of the team: QC Prevention agents, QC Mitigation agents and business analysts in Strategy, Processes & Tools

  • Identify lack of efficiencies in the current processes and develop new tools (or improve the current ones) to increase team performance

Candidate profile:

  • Data analysis skills is needed

  • SQL knowledge is needed

  • Tableau knowledge is needed

  • Advanced Atlas System knowledge is desirable

  • Strong knowledge of Office Package use and macros

  • Previous experience in the Travel Industry is desirable

  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages
