Accountability 1
Ensure the best in the market Availability and Competitiveness
Driving SI OM through availability and competitiveness
Optimize specifically availability and price competitiveness influencing Hotel Revenue Managers to open availability, adjust rates, add rate plans
Identify gaps, opportunities and take necessary optimization actions
Proactively engage on a regular basis with hotel/cluster Revenue Manager to highlight and remedy issues as well present & seize opportunities
Accountability 2
Drive Producing Hotels Objectives
Drive SI OM through availability, rate and inventory
Develop SI Only pipeline hotels into new producing hotels (if the chain takes new hotels)
Develop non-producing hotels into producing hotels through 360 optimisations
Accountability 3
Account Management
Use business intelligence and reporting to review hotel performance, competitiveness, availability, performance and KPIs.
Develop and maintain and develop hotel Revenue Manager/Cluster relationships
Monthly team reviews, provide regional optimisation reports.
Develop and maintain the specific knowledge about SI rates for each specific Global/Regional/Local Chains
360 collaborations with internal departments to drive engagement of SI Only hotels including the rest of subregional team with Global/Regional/Local Chains portfolio
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize.
High levels of drive and resilience, comfortable working to targets.
Commercial mindset with ability to understand and analyze data/information.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including English language.
Proficient with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, excel).
Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team
Tourism industry experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role focused on hotel commercial & connectivity optimization. On-line Travel agency or Revenue Management background would be an advantage.
Qualifications
Tourism or business degree
Proficient with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication, including English language.
Internal candidates: advanced knowledge SI Manager, competitiveness dashboard, SI maintainance
