Job Summary

The Product Data Manager will be in close contact with other areas, from Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, Product Management, BI and IT. They will be responsible for assessing the product performance of our services to drive insight

on customer engagement to enable product teams to reach business goals & support product strategy.

The purpose of the role is to build, maintain & expand all Product metrics creating a unique source of truth for the Product community to use these metrics to guide decision making, prioritization & identify areas of attention and alignment with key stakeholders.

The Product Data Manager will ensure needed data points are in the appropriate snowflake tables and are refreshed properly with the source of data and build the right reports in Tableau for the consumption of all product teams and rest of stakeholders.

The post-holder will be the main liaison between Product, BI and Data architecture teams to ensure data governance & data quality of all relevant product metrics.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will identify sources of data and ensure availability in snowflake with the right data structures to enable analysis. This will also help us create a unique source of truth for each Product Line.

  • You will Build Tableau dashboards to allow product and key stakeholders to consume product metrics on a regular basis to

    generate feedback loops and alignment (for example, Retail dashboard, Maxiroom dashboard, API dashboard, etc.)

  • You will support Product leads in expanding knowledge of product performance and ensuring data & metrics properly identify

    trends, areas of attention and future roadmaps.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Data tools such as Tableau, SQL or PowerBI

  • Experience with Snowflake & DBT will be highly valued

  • Strong analytical skills to extract trends & gaps in data are required

  • Excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple teams

  • Previous experience with data modeling and building performance metrics.

  • Indepth knowledge of SQL & data modelling

  • Fluent English is required

  • Clear understanding of HBX business models / client types is a nice to have
