JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of client & supplier operations demand

  • Monitor CR% and follow up actions for improvement (Selfset, HCN, supplier…)

  • Build relationships with sales/clients & Sourcing/Suppliers to create win-win situations

  • Define indicators and action plan around Contact per case and First time right

  • Screen market for best practices/technology & define demand management strategy

  • Optimize call center operational team by defining potential TIER structure & demand distribution

  • Define & implement Omnichannel & Channel management (AI) strategies

  • Monitor and define strategies & action plans for Defect

  • Design, Implement, monitor and continuously improve a predictive model to detect potential: Bookouts & Increases in demand

  • Design, Implement, monitor and continuously improve demand alert system

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience at travel industry

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience leading teams

  • Degree in Business Adminitration or Turism

Skills:

  • High level of ownership

  • Analytic skills

  • Attention to details

  • Ability to build bridges with the commercial functions & partners

  • Ability to build relationship within the organization at all levels

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proactive with a can-do attitude

  • A positive trouble-solver with excellent work ethics

  • Good MS Office skills (Tableau is a plus)
