JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Manager in digital acquisition with a background in digital, sales, marketing and service automation, as well as proficiency in planning and delivering high-impact campaigns: email campaigns (Marketo, Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, messaging apps campaigns, landing pages, chatbots, paid search, display, link building and social advertising and strong SEO strategies across the B2B travel environment, and focused on the company’s annual targets.
This Manager will own identifying, scoping, implementing and tracking automated support features across E2E Acquisition journeys for clients and suppliers. This Manager will work with a large cross-functional team and participate in Weekly Business Reviews with the larger Customer Experience & Integrity team.
Previous experience with AI tools & chatbots is a plus.
The role sits within the Digital Acquisition & Automation area, part of the Customer Experience & Automation team. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record on the digital acquisition of new clients in the B2B environment with a strong focus on driving results and that will be accountable for our global targets on client acquisition as well as hotel acquisition.
The right person will be used to hitting the ground running and be well experienced in working within a constantly changing environment. Resilience, enthusiasm, positivity, and out-of-the-box thinking are also key characteristics that we are looking for.
