This role is responsible of avoiding losses and reducing litigations with TPS due to discrepancies on bookings.
Purpose of the role:
Daily reconciliation of TPS bookings to prevent losses for the company
Operational & commercial contact with TPS to solve daily incidences and negotiate losses
Proactively raise TPS incidences and collaborate with IT to solve them asap
Lead TPS support team, manage processes & reporting
Responsibilities:
Review in a daily basis the potential discrepancies on TPS bookings
Report technical issues and collaborate with IT on the resolution
Ensure all processes are properly followed, communication with both internal and external stakeholders, reporting
Support the implementation of new initiatives to reduce litigations with TPS
Requirements:
Travel Industry Background
3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in Integration´s process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and in reporting tools.
Challenges:
High time pressure and efficiency as result of high workload
Coordinate the resources to ensure quick and high quality replies
Ensure a proper prioritization to be focused on more relevant losses
Ensure the proper operation of the internal tools used by the team
Manage the complexity of different systems
Manage the escalations from other departments
Manage the relationship with our internal partners and external stakeholders
Work with diverse teams & cultures across all the regions
