The Network Team Lead' s main responsibilities are to lead our team of passionate network engineers, be the technological reference of the team and define, organize, manage, and prioritize the teams work focusing on our network platform' s reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
You will work with the team on the analysis, definition, implementation, and evolution of our network infrastructure platform. You will work together with the rest of the platform teams and the development teams, providing them with the api interfaces, automations, and standardizations necessary to consume our services in a homogeneous and independent way, following an SRE and platform as a service philosophy. What else will you do?
Manage and set priorities for the network team backlog that ensures the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our platform
Technically evolve our Cloud platforms to provide best-in-class service.
Participate in the definition of innovative solutions and technological tools.
Expand our portfolio of network services and capabilities.
Establish service level agreements for the team and with other tech and business units.
Identify possibilities for improvement and / or automation of internal processes.
Our Network Team lead must have an infrastructure as code mindset and ability to propose scalable and resilient solutions over a hybrid multi cloud datacenter architecture. What else will you bring?
Deep knowledge of Cloud architecture and best practices, branch offices and remote office networks.
Experience working in cloud, multi-cloud, and hybrid-cloud environments
Knowledge of datacenter topologies and hybrid platform management.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer service orientation
People management and leadership skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
