Role Responsibilities:

  • Create a network of insurance providers who can join the ' panel' of insurance providers in the platform
  • Propel HBX Group as a partner by positioning and elevating our platform model.
  • Work with the Commercial Managers for Global Insurance Propositions to evaluate offerings and negotiate terms with insurance providers
  • Maintain relationships with existing insurance provider partners once appointed
  • Support local sales and contracting teams in the United States, Canada and Mexico to promote insurance opportunities

Required Skills:

  • Minimum two years’ experience working in an insurance environment in North America
  • Knowledge and experience of insurance distribution and regulation in the United States
  • Understanding of the travel insurance sector in the United States, Canada and Mexico
  • Knowledge and proven experience of the insurance industry in multiple markets is an advantage
  • Critical thinking, collaboration & creativity
  • Good presentation and numerical skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across any department at HBX Group
  • Fluent English. Knowledge of Spanish or other additional languages is a plus.
