Why did you answer the call?

I want to help the employees within our business to realign, reengage and be able to move our business to the next level. I want to share ideas, suggestions and ensure we all have one common goal. Leading by example, sharing the same ambitions, demonstrating the same values and ethics to ensure we are united, globally together and stronger. I feel very passionate about employee retention and bringing the best out of people.

Why did you answer the call?

I have always been a sensitive person promoting inclusion in all terms. I consider this project an opportunity to learn and detect what aspects and improvements we need so that each of us can contribute the best of ourselves without fear of prejudices.



Super Power: Sourcing

Jurisdiction: Central City (South Africa)

Why did you answer the call?

I’d love to be a part of something bigger than myself. The Mental & physical wellness of staff is very important to me, as when a positive culture has been created; productivity will be improved.

A positive work culture is one of the components that will preserve a business. Even at just 28 years old, I already see Hotelbeds as the company I want to retire from.

Why did you answer the call?

The new hybrid model of working can only be a success with a strong underlying corporate culture. We need to revise the way employees and management interact. Nobody can deny that inclusion and wellbeing can’t be ignored anymore. Now it’s time to define what that means for Hotelbeds and how it can be implemented across all levels. I would like to bring my positivity and knowledge of the company to the Culture Heroes. I’m convinced that as part of making a difference for the people and the company, being a Culture Hero is a great opportunity for personal development and will have an impact on my current role here.

Why did you answer the call?

I always think that changes are the best way to improve; I feel comfortable being part of a team where all voices can be heard, but not everybody wants to speak. So, I would like to speak for those who can’t and collaborate to make our environment a better workplace.
