JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work together with the Product Owner and the rest of the Scrum team in order to launch new websites and other products with incremental functionalities, maintaining the highest quality requirements within the established deadlines

  • Proactively helping to resolve incidents on already published websites.

  • Decide the strategy in design un user experience for all the development teams and the necessary tools for the designer

    teams.

  • Execute the various visual phases until the final transfer to the teams programmer and the review of the correct

    implementation of your designs.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design and layout of our websites and other products. Performing pre-

    publication QA processes, conversion analysis etc.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 4 years of experience in web interface design. We will ask you to submit samples of your previous work during the selection process.

  • Knowledge of web design tools, Photoshop and/or Sketch.

  • Communication skills, keep in mind that you will be in contact with other teams based in other destinations and with clients. Imagination, creativity, patience and, above all, attention to detail.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Purpose of Role

  • Maintain and grow relationships with the customers assigned, while achieving targets

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of the Senior P& P Analyst is to support the P& P Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team and Project Managers with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.

He should be familiar with Sourcing organization and data, to be able to both report performance in a structured manner as well as develop analytical models to facilitate decision making.   • Lead the development and implementation of a Sales Performance framework to provide the Sales organization with timely and accurate reporting to track performance against all key KPIs and Initiatives

  • Provide analyses and develop analytical models to assist the strategic and tactical decision-making process, including the creation of compelling presentations

  • Ensure Sales data and reporting requirements are met by liaising with Data and Analytics team

  • Support Project Management team when required, with analysis related to the different initiatives being developed

  • Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and continually improve performance management and reporting processes

  • Establish trust and a collaborative working relationship with internal stakeholders

  • Support and coach P& P Analysts within the same team

  • Develop analytical models to assist the strategic and tactical decision-making processes related to Sourcing incentives, sizing, organization, etc.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Previous experience of in-depth use of Tableau, Snowflake and/or Salesforce preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key responsibilities:

•                To check and solve litigation cases  from clients with any requirement regarding  incidences on invoicing.

•                To solve incidences on the reconciliation of the accounts.

•                Access in the  Atlas system and  manage bookings amending them according to the procedures stablished in the Department.

•                Provide information and support to Front office Global Credit & Collections Department .

•                Access in the SAP system to consult the accounts payable and receivable .

Requirements:

•                Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Tourism.

•                High level of Spanish and English (other languages will be a plus).

•                Knowledge of Excel.

•                Knowledge in Atlas / SAP.

•                Strongly customer focused with an outstanding capacity to resolve problems.

•                Knowledge experience in customer service, booking agent or experience in the Travel Industry.

•                Ability to prioritize tasks.

•                Hardworking.
