JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Engineer to workin a high level of infrastructure and delivery automation environment and in a product-oriented organization as well. His/her principal purpose is to provide the product delivery teams of autonomy and independence to manage the entire life cycle of its services.

Our platform is based on a series of enterprise licensed tools, among which we can highlight: Cloudbees CI, Artifactory, XRay, SonarQube, ArgoCD.... all of them deployed in GCP, managed with Helm through ArgoCD. You don' t have to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be familiar with some of them, have knowledge of some cloud provider, and be proficient in the use of docker and kubernetes. Also, automation and infrastructure as code are something common for you.

What you’ll do:

  • You will help us create and evolve the best CI/CD platform for our teams, and you will do it in peering with delivery engineering team using agile methodology.

  • You will be part of the decision making process like any other member of the team.

  • Evangelize the delivery product teams in the DevOps methodology and the IT Operations vision.

  • Develop infrastructure automation needed to support the evolution of the applications in order to achieve business goals

  • Optimize the platform by implementing new tools.

  • Support development teams in operational responsibilities in the path to production.

  • Learn about and gather new technologies and related tools to introduce to the company in order to grow the agile development environment.

The scope of the role belongs to Digital Sourcing, in the Bedbank division in Hotelbeds group. This role reports to the Regional Market Manager. They are divided in geographical areas and/or hotel chains (depending of the location of the chain headquarter) or clusters.

The Market Manager develops and establishes relationships with suppliers, strategically manages inventory (mainly competitiveness and availability) and handles large, non-core portfolios. The main responsibility is to get the best contracting conditions and maximize benefits.

Special conditions: -Market Managers could work locally or homebased. The usual career path is to be promoted to a Core Contract Manager role or any leadership role, given the right skill set and previous expertise.

Accountabilities:

We are looking for P2P Executive Ap Web Services to join our team.
Part of the Global Finance Services EMEA, Web services is in charge to provide to our supplier web services that help them to get our supplier more digitalized and have more efficient process to manage the supplier' s Accounts. You will be part of an exciting environment constantly challenging us to make the web Services for our supplier always up to date and ensuring that meets the business objectives and needs.

As Web Services Executive you will be in charge to ensure the integrity and well-functioning of our Supplier Web services (Supplier extranet, Ticketing " case management tool" and E-Billing). This includes reviewing on a daily basis the level of services delivered by the web services and provide a constant functional support to our operational/sourcing team and suppliers. As Also part of the GFS Process team you will be involved in project to implement new processes or improvement align with the management strategy and priority.

Responibilities:

  • Review e-Billing invoice reception and treat incidences.

  • Train Suppliers to our Web services (supplier Finance Web & e-Billing) via GoTo Webinar.

  • Support PTP Key account Manager to resolve Web Services Issue or e-Billing Activation.

  • Report and present action plan to improve Web Services usability.

  • Drive improvement on Web services (Plan/Develop/Test/communication/Report).

  • Send communication to Supplier.

  • Web Services Key indicator report.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or equivalent would be a plus.

  • Very good knowledge of Office/ Knowledge in VBA/HTML would be a plus.

  • High Level of English/ and other language will be a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge in Project Management is a plus.

  • Operating with a high degree of autonomy, acting decisively, proactive, with drive and energy to act in a fast-paced environment.
