Purpose and objective of the role: 

As a Metasearch Specialist, you will be responsible for the success of an assigned portfolio of hotels/hotel chains, and you will be overseeing the evolution of online campaigns and monitoring other performance metrics. You must be fully engaged into revenue performance for your portfolio and into liaising and building a collaborative relationship with our clients. 

Metasearch specialist should work on achieving the best possible performance from their client portfolio, increasing sales and visits at the best possible distribution cost. Try to pitch for upsells and cross sells. Be up to date with all the developments and news related to Metasearch’s in order to be able to implement the best possible optimization and analysis processes and techniques to their accounts and portfolio.


•    Responsible for managing metasearch campaigns for a specific portfolio of hotels
•    Implement and optimize Metasearch campaigns across GHA, Kayak, TripAdvisor, Trivago, and more
•    Daily interaction with our metasearch partners for optimizing online campaigns and traffic conversion rate
•    Coordinate with Digital Marketing Manager and Paid Media Specialist, when marketing plan is required for a specific client
•    Attendance to regular meetings with Strategic clients to review performance
•    Assist commercials, partners and DCSs teams in meetings related to optimization and account analysis
•    Work with partners to ensure proper connectivity and rate parity of other distribution channels.
•    Management reporting to communicate performance, and opportunities to make improvements.
•    Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices for continued growth and performance.
•    Collaborate closely with IT development project manager on improving KPIs, method of pricing, tool improvements and making data-based decisions for your markets
